That's the list of the members of the Constituent Assembly of Namibia ( English Constituent Assembly ) from 1 November 1989 to 20 March 1990. The 75 members were by the political parties in Namibia appointed, which in the first free elections in Namibia in 1989 were elected. You have drawn up and adopted the Namibian constitution .
