Daniel Mair (born March 8, 1991 in Amstetten ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Mair started his career at DSG Union Großraming . In 2005 he moved to FC Waidhofen / Ybbs . In November 2010 he made his debut for the Waidhofen first team in the regional league when he came on as a substitute for Thomas Zemann on matchday 13 of the 2010/11 season against ASK Baumgarten in the 88th minute .

After Waidhofen withdrew from the regional league, Mair moved to the third-class amateurs of LASK for the 2011/12 season . In August 2011 he scored his first goal in the Regionalliga in a 6-2 defeat against Villacher SV . At the end of the season he got down with the LASK amateurs from the Regionalliga Mitte. He then moved to FC Kufstein in the Regionalliga West for the 2012/13 season . He played six regional league games for the Tyroleans that season.

For the 2013/14 season he joined the Union St. Florian . For the Upper Austrians he made 18 appearances in the third highest division that season. In the summer of 2014, Mair moved to the Vienna Sports Club .

After one and a half years at the WSK, he moved to SV Wallern during the winter break of the 2015/16 season . With Wallern, however, he was relegated to the Upper Austrian League at the end of the season . He then moved to the second division SV Austria Salzburg for the 2016/17 season . For Salzburg, he played 29 games in the Regionalliga West that season. At the end of the season, however, they rose from this.

For the 2017/18 season, Mair moved to the Carinthian regional league team SK Austria Klagenfurt . With Austria Klagenfurt he rose to the second division at the end of the season . In the promotion season he came to 26 appearances in the league. He made his second-top division debut in November 2018 when he came on as a substitute for Sandro Zakany on matchday 13 of the 2018/19 season against SV Ried in stoppage time . After the 2018/19 season, he left Klagenfurt.

After half a year without a club, he switched to the regional league team ATSV Wolfsberg in January 2020 . For Wolfsberg he came to a regional league assignment until the end of the season. After the 2019/20 season, the club withdrew from the regional league, whereupon Mair moved to SV Spittal / Drau for the 2020/21 season.
