Daniel Nordmark (born January 4, 1988 in Lidköping ) is a Swedish football player who has been successful in his career so far mainly as a midfielder in Swedish professional football.
Career
In his youth, Nordmark first played in his hometown for Lidköpings IF and from 2004 for IF Heimer . In 2006 he moved to IF Elfsborg , where he made his debut with Allsvenskan in 2008 . In his second year in professional football, he established himself in the team and so also moved into the Swedish U-21 national team . At the side of Anders Svensson , Teddy Lučić , Stefan Ishizaki and Daniel Mobaeck , he occupied places with the team in the front of the table before he was considered less and less by coach Magnus Haglund in the 2011 season . Ultimately, his contract, which expired at the end of the year, was not extended.
In January 2012 the reigning Swedish champions Helsingborgs IF signed Nordmark together with the Finn Jere Uronen . Initially a regular player, he increasingly moved into the second tier. After playing only one season game for the club in the 2014 season until mid-August, he switched to league rivals Örebro SK in the summer and signed a contract there that ran until the end of 2016. In ten games until the end of the season, he helped the climber, who was still in the table cellar in the summer, to reach sixth place in the table.
