Daniel Rechberger (born September 29, 1995 in Vienna ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Rechberger began his career at SK Rapid Vienna , where he later played in the academy. In August 2013 he made his debut for the Amateurs von Rapid in the Regionalliga when he came on as a substitute for Marvin Egho on the first day of the 2013/14 season against SC Wiener Viktoria in the 85th minute .

In the summer of 2014 it was awarded to the amateurs of the Wolfsberger AC . For WAC II, he played 24 games in the 2014/15 season, in which he scored one goal. For the 2015/16 season he joined SPG FC Pasching / LASK Juniors . For the gaming community he came to 26 goalless appearances.

In summer 2016 he moved to the fourth class ASKÖ Oedt . However, he left this after six months, after which he switched to the amateurs of the SKN St. Pölten . He only stayed with them for half a year.

After initially being without a club, Rechberger moved to the second division Floridsdorfer AC in January 2018 , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2018. He made his debut in the second division in March 2018 when he came on as a substitute for Robert Völkl in the 63rd minute against FC Liefering on matchday 24 of the 2017/18 season .

For the 2018/19 season he moved to Germany to the regional division FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt . In his first season at Erfurt he made nine appearances in the regional league . He was no longer used in the 2019/20 season. In January 2020, Erfurt had to stop playing and Rechberger left the club. He then moved to league competitor VSG Altglienicke . He left Altglienicke after the 2019/20 season without a regional league assignment for the club.
