Daniel Seman (born January 1, 1979 in Mostiště , Czechoslovakia ) is a former Czech ice hockey player who was active for many years at HC Oceláři Třinec and HC Vítkovice in the Extraliga . In 2015 he won the IIHF Continental Cup with HK Njoman Hrodna .

Career

Daniel Seman began his career as a hockey player at HC Vítkovice , for whose professional team he was active in the Czech extra league from 1997 to 2002 . The defender then moved to HC Slovan Bratislava from the Slovak Extraliga , with whom he won the Slovak championship title straight away in the 2002/03 season. From 2003 to 2005 he played again for HC Vítkovice in the Czech Republic, before he spent the 2005/06 season at Anyang Halla in the Asia League Ice Hockey . For the South Koreans he scored three goals and seven assists in 35 games.

For the 2006/07 season Seman returned to the Czech Extra League , in which he received a contract with HC Oceláři Třinec , for which he played until 2012 and with whom he became Czech champions in the 2010/11 season .

International

For the Czech Republic , Seman took part in the 1999 U20 World Junior Championship .
