Daniel Zelman

Daniel Luke Zelman (born June 16, 1967 in Rye , New York ) is an American actor , screenwriter and producer.

life and career

In 2004 he worked with John Claflin , Michael Miner and Edward Neumeier on the screenplay for Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid . Together with Claflin, he wrote the script for They Nest - Tödliche Brut in 2000 . In 2008 he worked with Andy Tennant and John Claflin on the script for A Treasure To Fall In Love With . Together with Todd A. Kessler and Glenn Kessler , he was responsible as producer and screenwriter for the series Damages - Im Netz der Macht and Bloodline . Additionally, Zelman directed two episodes of Damages in 2010 and 2012.

Zelman was married to actress Debra Messing from 2000 to 2016 . Brass filed for divorce back in 2012. Zelman and Messing had met while studying at New York University . The marriage resulted in a son (* 2004).

Zelman's younger brother, Aaron Zelman, is also a television producer.
