Daria Streng (born May 22, 1995 in Anrath ) is a German soccer player who is under contract with Bundesliga club SC Freiburg .
Career
society
Strictly began her career at her home club SC Viktoria 07 Anrath and joined the youth department of FCR 2001 Duisburg via SC Union Nettetal in 2010 . Shortly before, she had won the U-15 country cup with the selection of the Niederrhein Football Association . After making her debut for Duisburg's second team in the 2nd Bundesliga North in May 2012, she moved up to the first team's squad for the 2012/13 season . On November 4, 2012 Streng made her debut in Germany's top division when she came into the game in the 75th minute for Gülhiye Cengiz in the 1: 3 defeat against 1. FFC Frankfurt . After she was only able to play one game in the 2013/14 season due to a torn cruciate ligament in September 2013, Streng announced her move to SC Freiburg for the 2014/15 season in May 2014 .
National team
The midfielder has so far gone through all of the junior selections of the German Football Association . In 2010 she played two games for the U-15 national team and a year later the Nordic Cup with the U-16 juniors . After making her debut for the U-17 team in 2011, she was part of the 18-strong German squad that won the U-17 European Championship in Nyon in 2012 . Streng was also part of the German squad at the U-17 World Cup that was held in Azerbaijan in the same year and was on the pitch in all games. With the U-19 national team , she qualified for the 2013 European Championship in Wales .
