That you think of me forever ( All Around the Town ) is a Canadian-British-French thriller by Paolo Barzman from 2002. The script was written by Peter Mohan based on the novel by Mary Higgins Clark . The main roles were played by Nastassja Kinski and Kim Schraner .
action
At the beginning you see the sisters Laurie and Sarah Kenyon as children in 1985. The smaller Laurie leaves the house alone and is kidnapped by a couple.
In the next scene, the 21-year-old student Laurie and Sarah have already grown up. They go to their parents' funeral. Laurie passed out during the party. A man says he's a doctor and bends over the passed out Laurie to caress her. He is later revealed to be a Doctor of Philosophy and the noted television preacher Billy Hawkins. Hawkins tells his companion that he has the impression that Laurie and college professor Allan Grant, who is getting into a car with the sisters, are a couple.
Laurie visits the psychiatrist Justin Donnelly, she suffers from dissociative identity disorder .
Allan Grant is found murdered. Laurie is suspected of the act, who cannot remember anything. Her sister Sarah Kinmount, a lawyer, is tasked with the defense. It turns out that Professor Karen Grant's widow was involved in the act.
German title
The German film title is a quote from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's poem Heidenröslein .
