David Arenas
David Arenas Vanegas (born December 24, 1991 in the Departamento de Antioquia ) is a Colombian chess player .
He won the Colombian individual championship in 2010 and 2015. He played for Colombia at two Chess Olympiads : 2010 and 2016 . He also took part in the Pan American Team Championships (2008 and 2010).
In 2005 he was awarded the title of International Master (IM) for winning the Pan-American U20 Championship in Cali . The title of Grand Master (GM) was awarded to him in 2017.
