Neuris Delgado Ramírez (born September 17, 1981 ) is a Cuban chess player .

He won the Paraguayan individual championship four times: 2014, 2015, 2018 and 2019. He played for Cuba in three Chess Olympiads : 2002 to 2006 and for Paraguay in three Chess Olympiads: 2014 to 2018 . He also took part in two World Team Championships (2001 and 2005) and the Pan-American Team Championships (2003 and 2009) for Cuba .

At the Chess World Cup 2017 in Tbilisi he failed in the first round to Santosh Gujrathi Vidit , as well as at the Chess World Cup 2019 in Khanty-Mansiysk in the first round to Luke McShane .

In 1999 he was awarded the title of International Master (IM). The title of Grand Master (GM) was awarded to him in 2002.
