David Azin (born January 11, 1990 in Cologne ) is a German - Armenian soccer player . He prefers to play as a defensive midfielder , but can also act offensively .

Club career

David Azin began his career with the then German national division team SpVg Porz-Gremberghoven before moving to the youth department of 1. FC Köln at the age of fifteen . On August 26, 2008, the second match day of the 2007/08 season , Azin came for the first time for 1. FC Cologne in the U-19 Bundesliga . He was substituted on for Burak Selöz in the 58th minute in the 7-2 home win against Fortuna Düsseldorf . He played a total of thirteen times in the U-19 Bundesliga in two years. In the 2007/08 season he was with 1. FC Köln champions of the U-19 Bundesliga West . In the semifinals of the 2008 all-German championship , however, they eliminated against the eventual champions SC Freiburg . In 2008 and 2009 he won the Middle Rhine Cup with the U-19 of 1. FC Köln .

After four years at 1. FC Köln, he moved to the Armenian champions FC Pjunik Yerevan in early 2010 . There he came on September 14, 2010 in the 3-0 away game against Gandzasar Kapan for his debut game in the Armenian Bardsragujn chumb . He came on in the 74th minute for Hovhannes Goharjan . He played a total of four games for FC Pyunik Yerevan and was Armenian champion of the 2010 season . He also ran for the second team of FC Pyunik Yerevan and scored two goals in the second division . On September 24, 2010 Azin also won the Supercup in the game against Bananz Yerevan , in which he made his starting eleven debut. Azin's contract with FC Pyunik Yerevan ran until December 31, 2011, but he was no longer used. At the beginning of July 2011, Azin was therefore given permission to introduce himself to the Dutch second division club FC Emmen in a trial training session. He was also used in the test match against SC Veendam , but could not convince, which is why FC Emmen was not committed.

After his contract expired, he was able to convince in a three-week trial training session at the Swedish second division team Assyriska Föreningen in early 2012 . There he signed a contract for two years until the end of December 2014 on February 22, 2012. The contract was terminated on November 13, 2012 by mutual agreement and he left Sweden.

At the end of March 2013, he signed a contract with the English fifth division club Ebbsfleet United . There he came to only two league appearances by the end of the 2012/13 season. After relegation to the sixth division, he left the club in the summer of 2013.

At the beginning of August 2013, Azin presented himself in a trial session at the Finnish first division club FF Jaro . A day later, he signed a contract with the club for the rest of the season. It was used eight times by the end of the 2013 season . After the end of the season, Azin completed trial training in Poland in November 2013 at Pogoń Szczecin and Arka Gdynia . In January 2014 he joined the Portuguese club Union Madeira , where he worked until the end of the season. Thereafter, Azin was briefly without a club, before he joined the regional league promoted FC Wegberg-Beeck in August 2015 , which he left again after being relegated directly from the regional league.
