David Graubner (born May 29, 1984 in Moosseedorf ) is a Swiss handball player . Graubner is mostly used in the left back space.
Career
society
The 1.94 m tall and 93 kg heavy right-handed player began playing handball at the Swiss club SC Siggenthal. He made his debut in the National League A with TV Suhr . In the 2005/06 season he played in the second division at TSV Fortitudo Gossau . With 124 goals he drew the attention of the Kadetten Schaffhausen , where he was under contract until 2012. With the Cadets, he won the Swiss Championship six times and the Cup four times. For the 2012/13 season he moved to the German handball Bundesliga for TV Großwallstadt . After the descent of the TVG, he returned to Schaffhausen and signed a three-year contract.
Internationally, he reached the semifinals of the 2007/08 and 2008/09 European Cup Winners' Cup with the Cadets and the final in the 2009/10 EHF Cup , where they lost to TBV Lemgo despite a home win .
National team
Graubner made his debut in the Swiss national team on October 26, 2006 against Israel . So far, he has played 128 international matches in which he scored 351 goals. (As of January 25, 2017)
