David Warnock
David Warnock (born February 1, 1962 in Mufulira ) is a former British racing driver .
Racing career
David Warnock was active as a GT driver in the 1990s and 2000s . The focus of activities was British GT racing. In 1992 he finished second in the British Porsche Supercup and in 1999 won the GT2 classification of the British GT championship on a Lister Storm .
In 1999 he celebrated a class win at the Daytona 24 Hours , one of ten class wins in his career. There were also 17 overall victories. David Warnock competed in both the Le Mans 24-hour race and the Sebring 12-hour race . In Le Mans, his best place in the final classification was 16th in 2001 and in Sebring 19th in 1997 .
