DeAndre Levy (* 26. March 1987 in Milwaukee , Wisconsin ) is an American American football poker players on the position of Outside linebackers , who is currently a free agent in the National Football League 's (NFL).

youth

Levy played at Vincent High School in Milwaukee. In his senior year of high school, Levy played two positions, as a linebacker on defense and as a tight end on offense . In that year as a linebacker he made 84 tackles , five sacks and forced four fumbles . As a tight end, he caught twelve balls for 260 yards and scored three touchdowns .

college

Levy played as a linebacker at the University of Wisconsin – Madison . In four years at college, Levy made 211 tackles, sunk the opposing quarterback 15 times, made six forced fumbles, captured six fumbles and blocked a field goal . Levy went into the NFL Draft in 2009 and was selected in the 3rd round in 76th place by the Detroit Lions .

NFL

Levy played 16 games in his 2009 rookie season , of which he was a starter in ten. From the middle of the season Levy was able to prevail as a starter.

After eight seasons with the Lions, he was fired from the team in March 2017 and has not found a new team since.
