Dealul Ștefăniței (Hungarian Szalanca ) is a village in Bistrița-Năsăud County in Romania . It is part of the Romuli municipality .
location
Dealul Ștefăniței is located in northern Transylvania and is the northernmost village in the Bistrița-Năsăud district. Two kilometers north on the Passetref pass is the border with Maramureș County . 15 km to the northwest is the next town of Săliştea de Sus , to the south, after 5 km, is the municipal seat of Romuli.

The major national road 17C runs through Dealul Ștefăniței. At the northern end of the village is the station on the Salva – Vișeu de Jos railway line . After Cluj-Napoca and Sighetu Marmaţiei run daily three buses to Bistriţa run four buses.
