Deathwish Inc. (often Deathwish called) is an American hardcore punk - label founded in 2001 by Jacob Bannon , singer of Converge , and Tre McCarthy was established.
history
Deathwish Inc. was founded in 2001, the first release being a split EP by Converge and Hellchild. Several hardcore punk bands quickly signed on the label, also due to the fame of the founder Jacob Bannon . In 2007 Deathwish Inc. merged with the Malfunction Records label. Originally both labels were supposed to continue to exist, but in 2008 the last release of Malfunction appeared.
In 2012 Touché Amoré singer Jeremy Bolm founded his own sub-label Secret Voice, on which six artists have so far signed.
Another sub-label is Icarus Records, which is responsible for more experimental bands, but has only released albums by two artists in recent years.
