Deep in the Woods is a French horror film from 2000 .
action
A group of young actors follows an assignment to a castle in a forest cut off from the outside world. There, at the request of Baron Axel de Fersen ( François Berléand ) , they should perform the fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood . They soon notice that the people living in the castle (the baron, his grandson Nicolas and the gamekeeper Stephane) are not only interested in the fairy tale, but have completely different preferences. Stephane, for example, turns out to be a rapist wanted by the police. After the first member of the acting troupe has disappeared, the others want to flee, but the group is getting smaller and smaller, until the end only two people remain and can escape together with Nicolas.
