Artsakh Democratic Party

The Democratic Party Arzachs ( Armenian Արցախի Դեմոկրատական Կուսակցություն Arzachi Demokratakan Kosaktsutjun AZhK, Russian Демократическая партия Арцаха ) is a political party in the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh .

In the parliamentary elections of 2005 , it received 12 of the 33 total seats in the Nagorno-Karabakh National Assembly , making it the largest party in the national parliament. In the parliamentary elections in 2010 , the Democratic Party of Arzach received 30.7 percent of the vote and thus 11 seats - and lost to the Free Motherland party .

Ashot Ghuljan from the Democratic Party of Arzach has been President of Parliament since June 2012 .

The Democratic Party of Arzach has been an associated member of the European Free Alliance since April 2015 .
