The Fryske Nasjonale Partij ( FNP ; German  Frisian National Party ) is the party of the Frisian minority in the Netherlands .

The FNP was founded in 1962 and was the first Dutch party to focus solely on one region. Today, the FNP is represented in many local councils and since the elections on March 2, 2011 it has had four members in the parliament of the province of Friesland (9.2% of the vote). Since then she has been involved in the provincial government through Johannes Kramer, which is currently provided by the PvdA , CDA and FNP. It is a member of the European Free Alliance (EFA), the European party of regional parties .

The FNP advocates a left-wing and strongly federalist policy. She advocates greater autonomy for the Dutch provinces, the official recognition of the Frisian language and control of the Frisian provincial government over the province's natural gas reserves .
