Denise Ramsden (born November 21, 1990 in Hay River ) is a former Canadian cyclist.

Athletic career

In 2007 and 2008 Denise Ramsden was Canadian junior road cycling champion . In 2011 she won both national U23 titles in the individual time trial and was fifth in the road race and sixth in the time trial of the Pan American Championships. In 2012 she became the Canadian women's elite road champion.

At the 2012 Olympic Games in London , Ramsden finished 19th in the time trial and 27th in the road race. In 2014 she won the Grand Prix cycliste de Gatineau . Two years later, she ended her cycling career to pursue her law degree.
