Annie Foreman-Mackey (born June 26, 1991 in Kingston ) is a Canadian cyclist.

Athletic career

Annie Foreman-Mackey began her athletic career as a swimmer, most recently she was an open water swimmer in a team at her university, McMaster University in Hamilton . Then she discovered cycling for herself, first riding a mountain bike , then racing on the road and finally on the track .

In 2015 Foreman-Mackey won the bronze medal in the single pursuit at the Pan American Championships , and the following year she was third at the World Championships in the same discipline. Also in 2016, she became Canadian road racing champion . In 2017 she won gold twice with the Canadian team in races of the Track Cycling World Cup 2017/18 and was Canadian champion in this discipline. With Allison Beveridge , Ariane Bonhomme and Stephanie Roorda , she won bronze in the team pursuit at the Commonwealth Games in 2018 .
