Gina grain

Gina Grain (born June 16, 1974 in Lachine ) is a former Canadian cyclist who was active on track and road .

In 1999 Gina Grain became a professional cyclist. Her first major international success was winning the bronze medal at the 2005 Pan American Championships in Mar del Plata in scratch . In 2007 she was able to repeat this success in the road race . At the UCI track world championships in 2006 in Bordeaux , she was runner-up in the scratch world champion and was fourth in the points race at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne ; also in 2006 she won the Tour of Gastown and was able to repeat this success in 2008. In 2007 she was Canadian road racing champion , Canadian runner-up in points driving in 2008 and road racing in 2009.

Grain started at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and finished ninth in the points race.
