Denys Wiktorowytsch Olijnyk ( Ukrainian Денис Вікторович Олійник ; English transcription: Denys Oliynyk ; born June 16, 1987 in Zaporozhye , Ukrainian SSR , Soviet Union ) is a Ukrainian football player who plays for the Finnish first division club SJKiK .
Athletic career

Olijnyk started his career at Dynamo Kiev in 2004 . There he played two games in the first team in the 2006/07 season. In the 2007/08 season he was awarded to the Ukrainian first division club FK Naftowyk-Ukrnafta Ochtyrka . He stayed there until the end of 2007 and played 14 games. For the first half of the 2008/09 season he was awarded to the first division club Arsenal Kiev . Here he quickly became the leading player on the offensive. For the second half of the 2008/09 season he moved to Metalist Kharkiv . Here he played in the first Ukrainian league and in the UEFA Cup . In July 2011 Olijnyk moved to the Ukrainian first division club Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk and became a regular player. On May 26, 2014, he signed a two-year contract with the Dutch first division club Vitesse Arnheim . He has been playing for German Bundesliga club SV Darmstadt 98 since the 2016/17 season . There he plays with his compatriot Artem Fedezkyj , with whom Olijnyk was already under contract from 2012 to 2014 at the Ukrainian club Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk. He scored his first goal for Darmstadt on matchday 4 in stoppage time to make it 1-1 against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim .
On October 5, 2017, Olijnyk signed a contract with the Ukrainian second division club Desna Tschernihiw . In the summer of 2018 Olijnyk moves to Finland to SJK Seinäjoki . The club plays in the Veikkausliiga , the first Finnish league.
National team
Olijnyk has played twelve games for the Ukraine national team so far and in 2007 and 2008 a total of 17 games for the Ukrainian U-21 team .
