The Detroit Greyhounds were an American ice hockey team based in Detroit , Michigan . The team played in the American Hockey Association in the 1926-27 season .
history
The franchise was one of the six founding members of the American Hockey Association in 1926 . In their inaugural season , the team completed only six games, with another four were rated for not appearing against Detroit. Due to delays in the construction of their arena, the Greyhounds were excluded from the current game operations by the league management and the franchise dissolved.
