history

Deutsche Terraced House AG is a fourth generation family company. In 1899 Anton Arnold founded his construction company. His son Konrad opened the Konrad Arnold architectural office in 1936. In 1973, Robert Arnold founded Orsus GmbH in Kaiserslautern in the third generation. In 1989 the focus was on the construction of terraced houses. In 1999 Daniel Arnold joined the company. Products

When Daniel Arnold joined, the company focused on one product: the 141 m² family happiness house . In 2005 two more products were added: the house types 81 m² joie de vivre and 116 m² dream home . So far (as of 2015) 7,500 terraced houses have been built in 250 residential parks. After optimizing the models in 2016, the square meters of the living space changed. So the company renamed the houses 85 m² joie de vivre , 120 m² dream home and 145 m² family happiness .

At the end of 2016, Deutsche Serienhaus AG also offered apartments for the first time. At the Neuss location, she went into sales with her first apartment building, thereby expanding the product range. The principle of standardized construction is also retained here.
