The Diocesan Museum in Pelplin ( Powiat Tczewski Voivodeship Pomeranian ) is one of the most important collections of medieval art in Poland. It is subordinate to the Pelplin diocese and bears the name of Bishop Stanisław Wojciech Okoniewski (1870–1944), the founder of this museum.

The museum was founded in 1928. Since 1988 it has been located in the newly constructed building complex of the Pelplin Bishop's Curia.

The largest part of the collections consists of Gothic sculptures from the churches of the former diocese of Kulm (among others from Thorn , such as the winged altar from the Church of the Assumption ), as well as late Gothic pictures "Descent from the Cross" and "Flagellation" from the cathedral basilica of Saints John the Baptist and John the Evangelist and the monumental winged altar (1380) from Thorn, pictures by Hermann Hahn (1570–1628) and Andreas Stech (1635–1697).

The early print collection includes the Gutenberg Bible from the Franciscan monastery in Lubawa (German: Löbau in West Prussia) in two volumes, with the original binding from the 15th century, a work by Heinrich Coster from Lübeck. The book came to Canada via Paris and London during World War II . It did not return to Poland until 1959. The manuscript of St. Augustine of Hippo "De Civitate Dei" (1425)

The handicraft collections contain monstrances and reliquaries from the workshops of Danzig , Thorn and Nuremberg .

The collections also contain liturgical vestments such as chasuble and dalmatic .
