action

London in 1961: the capital of England is a violent city. Gangsters control the streets of the West End and seedy guard money carts rule until ruthless accountant Waldo Zhernikov organized the six big rival London gangs into one big gangster consortium . The public face of the syndicate is the unscrupulous nightclub owner Harry Foulcher, who employs the womanizer and ex-burglar Paddy Damion.

When the syndicate tries to break into new areas and districts with blackmail and thugs, one of the gangsters rejects the plan and is immediately murdered by Foulcher. Damion, a friend of the slain, swears revenge. He agrees to pass information to the police despite threats targeting the life of his best friend and ex-partner, Wally. There is a bloody final confrontation with Foulcher, Zhernikov and the Syndicate.
