action
Starting in England in 1885, Adam Salton is on the search for the origins of a family secret that takes him across the globe. He is accompanied by his fatherly friend Nathaniel de Salis. Little by little, the two protagonists uncover an occult conspiracy that also seems to be related to the contemporary personalities Jules Verne and Helena Blavatsky . Adam is getting closer and closer to his family history, which extends far into the past and also into the future. The threads of action and lifelines meander over generations and continents to form a fabric that seems to question the idea of space and time and Adam repeatedly confronts the question of the first origin of all being.
The complexity of the series is based on the different time levels and historical backgrounds. Numerous conspiracy theories and creation myths, including theories of quantum physics, are linked across space and time.
