Die Siffer is a German punk band founded in Marbach am Neckar in 1994 .

Band history

The Siffer founded in 1994 around Christoph "Kiko" Neumeyer ( vocals , guitar , bass ), Fabian "Fab" Friedl ( drums , vocals) and Wolfram "g.ram" Berner (bass / guitar). Their style, a mix of German punk with pop melodies, not entirely dissimilar to the doctors , is what they call "hartchorpop".

After initially a series of self-publications, the album Nazis ham 'ne Scheißfrisur was released in 2005 on Nix-Gut Records . The album sold around 10,000 times and the corresponding logo with a crossed-out Hitler parting and a Hitler mustache achieved cult status in the punk scene. The album Much Ado About Nothing followed in 2008, while the punk sampler Parolen, Pogo & Promille , published by the band, was released .

The album Twenty-Four was released on January 19, 2018 via Riot77 / Calygram.
