Dieter Zehentmayr
Dieter Zehentmayr (born March 8, 1941 in Salzburg , † January 25, 2005 in Vienna ) was an Austrian cartoonist .
Life
He grew up in Lustenau , Vorarlberg , and has been making caricatures since 1972 for the NEUE Vorarlberger Tageszeitung , Vorarlberger Nachrichten , Berliner Zeitung , Financial Times , the Kurier and the Standard , which he signed with a little bird in a hat. He was present at various exhibitions with his caricatures.
He died at the age of 63 of lung cancer in a Viennese hospital and was buried in the Vienna Central Cemetery.
