Dietrich Thoms

Dietrich Thoms (born March 8, 1917 in Berlin ; † November 1, 1980 in Munich ; born Dieter Thoms ) was a German actor , voice actor and radio play speaker .

After graduating from drama school, Thoms made his stage debut in Coburg . In 1949 he got an engagement at the city theater of Bamberg and in 1950 at the Bavarian State Theater in Munich, where he worked for many years.

His roles in Munich included Schwarz in Die Räuber , Pindarus in Julius Caesar and Sellers in O Wilderness by Eugene O'Neill . Thoms took on numerous small roles in film and television productions.

He was married to the actress Tiddi Mössel.
