Dieudonné Bogmis

Dieudonné Bogmis (born January 12, 1955 in Nyanon ; † August 25, 2018 ) was a Cameroonian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Eséka .

Life

Dieudonné Bogmis was ordained a priest on June 30, 1983 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop in Douala and titular bishop of Gadiaufala on February 9, 1999 . He was ordained bishop on April 10th of the same year by the Archbishop of Douala, Christian Wiyghan Cardinal Tumi ; Co- consecrators were Roger Pirenne CICM , Bishop of Batouri , and Dieudonné Watio , Bishop of Nkongsamba .

On October 15, 2004, he was appointed Bishop of Eséka by John Paul II and was introduced to the office on December 3 of the same year.

He died of a stroke on August 25, 2018.
