The Roman Catholic Diocese of Batouri ( lat. : Dioecesis Baturiensis ) is in Cameroon situated Roman Catholic Diocese with headquarters in Batouri .

history

The diocese of Batouri was established on February 3, 1994 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Quo aptius from cessions of territory from the Diocese of Bertoua and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Yaoundé as a suffragan . On November 11, 1994, the Batouri diocese was subordinated to the Archdiocese of Bertoua as a suffragan.
