The young doctor Pari and Rishabh, who works in the advertising industry, are happily married, have everything they want and are expecting a child. In a car accident Pari loses her child and is seriously injured, so that she dies shortly afterwards. On her deathbed, Pari has two last wishes. She wants her heart to be donated and her project - a special hospital for children - to be completed. After Paris' death, Rishabh fell into severe depression. But even if he is against the heart donation, he fulfills her wish and Dhani, a patient with heart disease, receives Paris' heart. Rishabh sets about completing the children's hospital. Dhani and Rishabh meet by chance and Dhani is immediately drawn to Rishabh. But Rishabh, who doesn't know who got Paris's heart, ignores her and lives in his memories of Pari.
