Kesse Mary - Crazy Larry (Alternative title: No discount on risk ; Original title: Dirty Mary Crazy Larry ) is an American action film directed by John Hough from 1974 . It is based in part on the crime novel On Risk Is No Discount (original title: The Chase ) by Richard Unekis .

action

Larry is a racing driver who needs money to take part in car races to finance. He and his mechanic Deke Sommers take the family of supermarket manager George Stanton hostage. They then steal $ 150,000 from the store.

Larry meets Mary Coombs on the run, with whom he had previously spent the night, and takes her with him. Coombs was recently released from prison on parole. Larry insults her all the time as an easy girl .

The fugitives are chased by Captain Franklin in a helicopter in their 1969 Dodge Charger . Franklin discovers that his radio conversations are being intercepted by the robbers equipped with a police radio and tries to provoke them. Larry is about to say something, but Sommers calms him down. Instead, Coombs poses as a police officer and gives the false report that the robbers have been arrested. Franklin orders all police cars to the place of the alleged arrest and breaks the roadblocks.

The refugees think that they have already escaped and are happy. At that moment the car was rammed by a train at a level crossing and exploded.
