description

The small Romanesque hall church has a choir tower in the east with a semicircular apse attached to it . The church was changed in the late Gothic period . In the 17th century, rectangular windows were installed and the interior was redesigned in a baroque style. After a lightning strike, the tower and the nave covered with a gable roof had to be repaired. On the stone floors of the tower there is a slate - roofed eight - sided tower, which is covered with a hood on which sits a lantern that carries a tower ball . The interior has single-storey galleries and is covered with a plastered flat ceiling. The church furnishings include a pulpit altar and a late Gothic tabernacle in the apse. The organ with 6 registers , divided into a manual and a pedal , was built by Jürgen Kopp in 1886.
