action

Paul Kane's wife and daughters die in a plane disaster; Kane himself falls into a coma . After waking up, he first suffers from amnesia . He later learns that he previously worked as a secret agent and hit man. In this capacity he worked for Kelton Reed in London .

Kane returns to his previous job and travels to Amsterdam . However, it turns out that he is unsuitable as a contract killer because he cannot make up his mind to kill. Kane is then hunted down by his clients and killed at the end of the film.

Reviews

Film-Dienst wrote that the film is a “predictable agent thriller that has more disappointments than surprises in store” and “at best arouses a touch of interest through its mix of numerous genre films” .

Cinema magazine called the film an "amnesia thriller to watch and forget" . It is "exciting thanks to the many twists and turns" , but the action scenes and dialogues seem cheap. Baldwin looks "pretty chubby" for a hit man .

The magazine TV14 19/2008 wrote that the film offered a "dark, exciting game of confusion" .

The film was shot in Amsterdam and London . It was produced for US television, but first released on DVD in some countries, such as the Netherlands. The premiere in Germany took place on December 8, 2003 on ZDF .
