Dudyńce (ukr. Dudinci , lem. Dudynci ) is a village in the municipality of Bukowsko , Powiat Sanocki , Poland . It is located in a predominantly wooded, hilly area in the extreme south-east of Poland on the Dudynće brook and on the highway around nine kilometers from Zarszyn in the direction of Bukowsko and has 202 inhabitants (as of 2010).
The place was first mentioned in the 14th century under this name, which goes back to the Polish word Dudy (German: bagpipes) or the personal name Duda (Polish): Dudinicze 1372, Dudenycze 1436, de Dudenyecz 1448, Dudyncze 1486, Dudyniec 1580, Dudence 1678, Dudynce 1745.
The parish including Dudyńce, Jędruszkowce (Andruszkowce), Markowce, Pobiedno, (Pobidno), Podgaj, Pisarowce (Pisarzowice) belongs to the diocese of Przemyśl , deanery of Sanok . From 1772 to 1914 village Dudyńce in Prowinz Galicia , district Sanok, tax district Sanok.
In 1898 it comprised 438 Catholics.
Ukrainians who were forcibly resettled after the Second World War as part of the Aktion Weichsel company also lived here until 1946 .
