Dylan Moscovitch  (born September 23,   1984  in Toronto  , Ontario  ) is a Canadian   figure skater  who starts in pair  skating  .
 
In spring 2009 Moscovitch ran for the first time alongside Kirsten Moore-Towers  . In 2011 they became Canadian champions  . They then made their debut at world championships  in Moscow  and finished it in eighth place. In 2013 Moore-Towers and Moscovitch won silver at the Four Continents Championships  behind their country folk  Meagan Duhamel  and  Eric Radford  . At the following  World Cup in London  ,  Canada  , they achieved fourth place, their best result so far at world championships.
 
At the end of April 2014, Moscovitch parted ways with Moore-Towers. His new partner was Lyubov Ilyushetschkina  , who was approved for Canada by the Russian Association in October 2014.
