This article describes the third season of the Erste Bank Juniors League (EBJL for short), the U18 youth league in Austrian ice hockey. If necessary, the Austrian U18 champions will also be played in addition to the EBJL master.

Participating teams

In the third season of the EBJL there were some changes in the field of participants, the total number could be increased to 18 teams again. The following clubs from Slovenia are no longer represented in the competition: HK MK Bled and HK Celje. After a one-year break, the HDK Maribor and, from Austria, the player community of the Landesleistungszentrum Steiermark Süd and the EBEL Club Graz 99ers are back. There are also newcomers from Hungary: With the Kanadai Magyar Hokiklub Budapest, three clubs from this city are now participating. As in the EBYSL , a community of players from Eastern Hungary - the Debrecen-Miskolce Select - is now represented in the EBJL. This selection replaces the Miskolci Jegesmedvek JSE association. A club that is completely new to the various Erst Bank leagues has also been won: HC LVI Břeclav.
