Eberhard Schenk from Limpurg-Speckfeld

Eberhard Schenk von Limpurg-Speckfeld (born October 3, 1560 - † February 26, 1622 ), Lord of Speckfeld, was the founder of the new Limpurg-Speckfeld line.

His parents were Friedrich VI, Schenk von Limpurg-Obersonthe and his first wife Margarethe von Erbach (* August 14, 1539, † 1564).

From 1588 to 1592 he was the Württemberg Obervogt zu Neuenstadt am Kocher and from 1597 to 1605 and 1608–1622 the Württemberg Landhofmeister .

Since 1588 he was the husband of Katharina von Hanau-Lichtenberg (born January 30, 1568 in Buchsweiler (today: Bouxwiller), † August 6, 1636 ) the daughter of Count Philipp V von Hanau-Lichtenberg and Countess Palatine Ludovica Margaretha von Zweibrücken -Bitsch (* 1540 ; † 1569 ).
