Edward "Eddie" Bryant Cibrian (born June 16, 1973 in Burbank , California ) is an American actor .

Life

Cibrian began his career as a child with roles in various commercials. He made his big break with the role of Matt Clark in the soap opera Shadow of Passion . After a brief engagement at Baywatch Nights , Cibrian took on the role of Cole Deschanel in the soap Sunset Beach . This was not very popular in the USA, but very popular especially in Europe. In 1999 Eddie Cibrian switched to prime time with Third Watch - at the limit . He played the firefighter Jimmy Doherty for almost five seasons.

In his spare time, Cibrian enjoys playing golf, football, tennis, and basketball. He is also involved in some charitable organizations.

In May 2001, Cibrian married his wife, Brandi Glanville. Cibrian has two children with her. They separated in July 2009. In late 2010, Cibrian got engaged to country singer LeAnn Rimes . The couple married in April 2011.
