Edmund Beloin
Edmund Beloin (born April 1, 1910 in Stratford , Connecticut , † May 26, 1992 in Pompano Beach , Florida ) was an American screenwriter .
Life
Edmund Beloin studied medicine at New York University and Columbia University . During his studies he wrote short stories and later became a literary critic. From 1936 to 1943 he wrote jokes for the Jack Benny radio show . When Jack Benny starred in the two comedies Buck Benny Rides Again and Love Thy Neighbor in 1940 , Beloin also became a screenwriter. He stayed with film and was responsible for scripts for films such as Knight Hank, The Horror of the Round Table , All in One Night and The Tahiti Harbor Pub .
