Edmund Borawski

Edmund Borawski (born April 17, 1946 in Świdry Podleśne ) is a Polish manager and politician.

Borawski studied at the former Agricultural Technical Academy ( Akademia Rolniczo-Techniczna ) in Olsztyn food technology with a focus on milk processing. Since 1992 he has been managing director of the Mlekpol cooperative dairy in Grajewo . Before that he was in the management of the Sanok and Krosno dairies . During his political career he was initially a member of the Zjednoczone Stronnictwo Ludowe , which later merged into the Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe (PSL). In the Polish parliamentary elections in 2001 (4th legislative period) he was elected as a member of the PSL (constituency 24 / Białystok ). He was re-elected in the next election in September 2005 (5th electoral term), but unsuccessful in 2007 ( VIth electoral term ). In the election in 2011 ( 7th electoral term ) he received another mandate.
