Eduard Mühlreiter

Eduard Mühlreiter (born June 14, 1874 in Salzburg , † April 15, 1954 in Hall in Tirol ) was an Austrian lawyer and politician .

Life

Eduard Mühlreiter was born as the son of the dentist Eduard Mühlreiter (1839–1917), councilor and honorary citizen in Salzburg.

Mühlreiter attended high school in Salzburg, from which he was excluded because of his membership in a forbidden middle school association . After finishing school in Merano , he studied law at the University of Vienna . Here he became a member of the Academic Association of Salzburg Students in Vienna , today's academic Landsmannschaft der Salzburger zu Salzburg . After moving to the University of Innsbruck , he became a member of the Germania Innsbruck fraternity in 1893 . In 1905 he was awarded a Dr. iur. PhD.

After his time as a trainee lawyer , he became a lawyer in Hall in 1911 . He became a member of the Greater German People's Party , whose local group he headed in Hall. In 1925 he became a member of the Tyrolean state parliament for Hall . From 1927 to 1929 he was a substitute in the Tyrolean state parliament.
