Konstantinowa made his debut in the World Cup at the beginning of the 2014/15 season in Salt Lake City and finished 17th in the 1500 m. In the further course of the season she reached her first podium places in the World Cup with third places with the relay over 3000 m in Montreal and Seoul . At the European Championships in 2015 in Dordrecht , she won the gold medal with the relay over 3000 m. At the beginning of the 2015/16 season she came back on the podium at the World Cup in Montreal and Toronto with third place in the relay over 3000 m. At the European Championships in 2016 in Sochi , she won the silver medal with the relay. In addition, she was fifth in the all-around event and came second over 3000 m. The following year she won the bronze medal in the all- around at the European Championships in Turin . Thereby came third place over 1000 m and second place over 3000 m. In February 2017 she won her first World Cup victory with the relay in Minsk . Her best results at the 2017 World Championships in Rotterdam were 11th place over 500 m and sixth place with the relay. In March 2019 she won the silver medal with the relay at the World Championships in Sofia . The following season she took third place in Nagoya and second place with the relay in Montreal . At the European Championships 2020 in Debrecen , she won the bronze medal with the relay.
