Elías Iván Bazzi (born May 23, 1981 in Villa del Rosario , Province of Córdoba ) is a former Lebanese - Argentine football player . The full-back played a total of 99 games in the Argentine Primeria División and the Romanian League 1 .
Career
Bazzi began his career with the Boca Juniors in the Argentine Primera División , but was hardly used there. In 2002 he moved to Sportivo Italiano in the third-class Primera B Metropolitana . There, too, he could not prevail and joined Godoy Cruz in 2004 in the Nacional B , the second Argentine league.
In early 2005, Bazzi left Argentina and moved to the Romanian Divizia A to Național Bucharest , where he was able to finish the season in fourth place. In the following season he hardly got a chance at Na zumional and moved to league rivals FC Argeş Piteşti . With Piteşti he had to go to League II in 2007 , but managed to get promoted again immediately. In the following season , although the league was successful, the club was sentenced to relegation.
In the summer of 2010, Bazzi moved to Dinamo Bucharest , which he returned to the House of Lords. After he could not prevail at Dinamo, he left the club after six months and moved to league rivals Universitatea Cluj . After a year he moved back to Argeş Piteşti in the Liga II in early 2012. In mid-2012, he returned to CA Talleres in his home country. At the beginning of 2015 he joined Gimnasia y Tiro de Salta .
