Elizabeth Hunt Eddy (born September 13, 1991 ) is an American soccer player who has been under contract with Sky Blue FC in the National Women's Soccer League since the 2019 season .

Career

society

During her studies at the University of Southern California , Eddy played for the USC Trojans university team there from 2010 to 2013 and played at the same time in the W-League - Pali Blues franchise . At the beginning of 2014 she was committed in the fourth round of the NWSL's college draft at position 33 by Sky Blue FC , but left it again before the start of the season. As a result, Eddy joined the Los Angeles Blues , formed from a merger of the women's soccer teams Pali Blues and Los Angeles Strikers . With these she won her second W-League championship in a row. For the 2015 season Eddy switched to the NWSL franchise of the Western New York Flash, and made her league debut on May 23, 2015 against the Washington Spirit . In the second half of 2015, she played on loan for the Japanese first division club Okayama Yunogo Belle .

National team

Eddy took part with the US U-17 national team at the U-17 World Cup in 2008 in New Zealand and was there in four games. As a result, she completed five games for the U-20 national team up to 2010.
