Elles Maria Leferink (born November 14, 1976 in Rossum , Overijssel ) is a former volleyball player from the Netherlands who u. a. Participated in the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta and finished fifth.

At the age of 19, she led the Dutch national team to gold at the 1995 European Championship in her own country with a 3-0 victory in the final over Croatia . In the same year she was voted Europe's volleyball player of the year. In addition, she was recognized as the best server at the 1998 World Cup and the 2003 European Championship . In 2003, Leferink won the "Double" in Germany with SSV Ulm 1846 . Then she played in the Dutch league at Longa 59 Lichtenvoorde and won the "double" twice.

The left-hander made up for her small height of 1.76 m with her jumping ability and sophisticated technique. As a diagonal player, she was also assumed.

In 2007 she ended her career to become a mother.
