Elley Duhé (born February 14, 1992 in Mobile , Alabama, USA) is an American singer and songwriter . She became famous for the song Happy Now with producer Zedd .

biography

Elley Duhé was born in Mobile, Alabama, in 1992. She grew up near the Gulf Coast in the small towns of Vancleave, Mississippi and Dauphin Island , Alabama . After she got her first guitar at the age of 14 from her father, who is himself a musician, she started performing in cafes from the age of 15 and later also in bars, restaurants and private parties. After high school, she played opening acts for three years and worked with songwriters in Nashville , Los Angeles and Austin . Today she lives in Los Angeles.

Her first single Millennium , a collaboration with producer Tarro, was released in October 2016 and viewed over two million times on YouTube . Their first solo single called Immortal was released on Billboard in December 2016 , of which there is a remix by the producer duo Snakehips .

In July 2018, she and the Russian-German music producer Zedd released the single Happy Now , which was awarded a gold record in the United States . In August 2018 the single Tie Me Down was released , a collaboration with the American DJ Gryffin . On August 10, 2018, Duhé released their first EP entitled Dragon Mentality .
